There are private areas for being alone, larger areas for being with friends and family... plenty of space to spread out and use in your own unique way. Space for an art studio, a library, workout equipment, a home office, a playroom... plenty of room for different activities. The garden is shaded by a few mature trees, and professionally landscaped with tropical plants. The lap pool stretches the length of space between the house and a open-air loggia in the back. The loggia is a perfect place for sitting while enjoying the pool and garden, and is equipped with a sink, small refrigerator and ceiling fan. The entire space is surrounded by a beautiful, hand-built stone wall.

The house is located on the outskirts of the centro historico... close enough to walk to Santiago Park and the Zocalo, including the surrounding restaurants, galleries, parks, churches and shopping venues. It´s easy to take the bus from nearby corners, and parking on the street is not a problem as it can be in the areas closer to the zocalo. The location is a perfect mix of a quiet neighborhood and a neighborhood that is close to the activities of downtown Merida.
